BOOKINGS / CANCELLATIONS

In order to guarantee the highest standards of safety and comfort, ALL flights must be booked with the following advance notice:
VENICE TOURS: at least 24 hours in advance
PROSECCO EXPERIENCE, AMARONE HERITAGE and DOLOMITES DREAM: at least 48 hours in advance
TRANSFER: at least 24 hours in advance

Reservations can be made by filling out the Booking Form on this site, by e-mail or by phone from 9 to 19 every day. Reservations are confirmed by e-mail and include payment instructions. Payment must be made before the flight date / time.

CANCELLATIONS TRANSFER (TPP and CAT) , PROSECCO EXPERIENCE, AMARONE HERITAGE e DOLOMITES DREAM
Cancellation made within 48 hours before the scheduled flight : 50% refund
Cancellation made within 24 hours before the scheduled flight : 30% refund
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight or no show : no refund

VENICE TOURS
If the client is unable to fly on the date or time scheduled, HeliVenice will offer to reschedule the flight. Change request must be sent in writing via e-mail at least 24 hours before the date of the flight initially scheduled. If no alternative date is agreed on, HeliVenice will retain 50% of the total cosat of the requestes service. Should the client cancel the flight in advance, the transfer policy will be applied (TPP and CAT) "No show" and/or cancellation made less than 24 hours prior the scheduled flight will result in NO REFUND!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Following timetables are indicative and subject to the technical and operational requirements imposed by the airport and air traffic authorities.
Flight operations will be subject to weather conditions. It is the passengers' responsibility to ensure that they have a valid identity document and the additional requirements or documents required by the customs and immigration authorities for the destination country.
Penalties, fees, expenses or costs deriving from the lack of these requirements or valid documents, will be passengers' responsibility.

Maximum baggage allowance: 1 soft bag per person (trolley model); any special needs must be agreed with our operational office.
The customer accepts and acknowledges that he is aware of the identity of all passengers. Passenger privacy information.

Any decision regarding the flight and / or mechanical conditions of the machine and / or relating to weather conditions is the responsibility of the A / M commander. If HeliVenice can not provide the service for any reason attributable to itself, HeliVenice agrees to refund the full cost of the service paid by the customer.

Do it safely with us:
  • Before the flight, the HeliVenice staff will provide you with brief information and instructions to follow during the flight: pay attention to them!
  • The pilot will tell you when to enter and exit the aircraft and if you have to sit with your seat belts fastened.
  • The pilot is and always remains the final decision - maker for everything concerning the use of the aircraft
